Trending is a useful screen to monitor and display graph values for key functions in the drying process.
Here you can plot Moistures, Discharge, Grain Temps, Plenum Temps, and Mid Grain Temps.
By pressing the Moisture button on the top of the screen you will display and graph incoming wet grain moistures and dry grain discharge moistures over time. You establish the scale to view by entering in scale values in the lower left corner of the screen. The screen will always show a 1 hour pass thru the dryer. By using the arrow left or arrow right in the bottom center of the screen you can scroll back or scroll forward on the display screen. The round da bout symbol on the bottom center of the screen will always return you to current time. By entering 0.0 in both scale boxes in the lower left of the screen the display the scale will now auto scale as the values progress in time.

By pressing the Plenum Temp Button on the top of the screen you will display and graph the Plenum Temperature You establish the scale to view by entering in scale values in the lower left corner of the screen. By pressing the Mid Grain Temp Button on top of the screen you will display and graph the Mid Grain Temperatures. The Mid Grain Temperature is the temperature of the grain sensed by an RTD (Resistance Thermal Devise) mounted in the grain column located 2/3 down the column of the dryer. You establish the scale to view by entering in scale values in the lower left corner of the screen. The screen will always show a 1 hour pass thru the dryer. By using the arrow left or arrow right in the bottom center of the screen you can scroll back or scroll forward on the display screen. The round da bout symbol on the bottom center of the screen will always return you to current time. By entering 0.0 in both scale boxes in the lower left of the screen the display the scale will now auto scale as the values progress in time.
The eliminated button on the lower center-right of the screen will display the current value of data being displayed.
NOTE: All values can be displayed on the screen or any selected values can be displayed on the screen at the same time. NOTE: This may result in the scale being set that often will not display the values in a useful display. Operator should display values that relate to each other. i.e. Moisture and Grain Temp, Discharge rate and Mid Grain Temp and etc.
The Arrow in the upper right of the screen will return you to the previous screen.
