This screen shows the alarm devices within the Safety Circuit that is monitored by the PLC.

Entry Door Switch: is a micro switch verifying the entry door into the dryer is closed and latched.

Discharge VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) Overload: is monitoring the FLA (Full Load Amperes) of the Metering Motor.

Upper High Limit: is the Plenum high limit device monitoring the plenum Temperature.

Fan Overload: is monitoring the FLA (Full Load Amperes) of the Fans.

Lower High Limit: is the Cooling Chamber temperature monitoring device.

Customer Interlock: is the part of the safety circuit that is monitoring any other device connected by the Customer outside of the internal wiring on board the Dryer.

Linear High Limit #1: is the temperature monitoring of the exhaust air exiting the Dryer. #1 is located at the top of the dryer on the outside screen to the right of the ladder.

Linear High Limit #2: is the temperature monitoring of the exhaust air exiting the Dryer #2 is located at the top of the dryer on the outside screen to the left of the ladder.

Linear High Limit #3: is the temperature monitoring of the exhaust air exiting the Dryer #3 is located at the lower part of the heat zone the dryer on the outside screen to the right of the ladder.

Linear High Limit #4: is the temperature monitoring of the exhaust air exiting the Dryer #4 is located at the lower part of the heat zone the dryer on the outside screen to the left of the ladder.

Safety Circuit Complete: is an indicator that the circuit is confirmed and will aluminate Green MCR Latched-is an indicator that the MCR (Main Control Relay) is latched and will aluminate Green
