- Condition: Dryer Master has detected the discharge rate has reached a high or low rate level beyond the “warning” status.
- Alarm Action Taken: WARNING ONLY
- Component: Metering VFD (Variable Frequency Drive)
- Location: Inside High voltage cabinet at base of dryer.
Tech tip: (Value is set in the “Dryer Master Alarm Settings” screen)
This alarm indicates a “critical” discharge rate condition of the unload system of the dryer. If this alarm appears, proceed to the “Dryer Master Alarm Settings” screen to determine if the condition is critical high or critical low based on the current reading and the alarm values that have been set.
(After acknowledging the alarm, this alarm can be temporarily silenced by changing the critical discharge rate high or critical discharge rate low setting to take the dryer out of the alarm condition. This will provide time to investigate the cause of the alarm.)
Tools Required for Service:

- Small standard blade screwdriver (vfd wiring terminals)
Potential Causes of this Alarm Condition:
- Adjust plenum temperature up/down to compensate for a change in incoming moisture
